After a number of months of delays and testing, we have today launched the new Accounting System and Daily Rakeback Payment functionality for all players.
The balances showing in your accounts when you login include all rakeback and referral $ owing from May 1, 2008. Some players have outstanding balances accrued prior to May 1 and we will manually arrange payments for these balances (extensive records are kept for all outstanding balances accrued prior to May 1, 2008).
To request a payout (you can request a payout at any time, multiple times a day if you wish), simply follow these steps:
- Login to your RakebackSTAT account.
- You will see your Current Available Balance directly under your email and membership number (above the Rakeback Calculator).
- Click on Rake Stats or My Account.
- In the list of tabs on the left-hand side of the page, click on Request rakeback payout. This will take you to the payout screen where you can request payouts to a number of destinations, including Full Tilt Poker, Moneybookers (RakebackSTAT will pay the fees for transfers over $100, 80c fee for transfers under $100), Absolute Poker, Cake Poker, Eurolinx Poker, ePassporte or Australian bank account (2.5% conversion fee for USD > AUD).
- Before you can request a payout to one of the above destinations, you will need to click on Add new payout account at the top of the page. Each new payout account you add will then be visible in the dropdown menu when you request a payout.
- We've put in some minimum payout amounts (usually $25 or $50) to begin with, but we may lower or raise these in the future. We appreciate and respect all our low volume players, and our low volume players can contact us to request payouts once a month. Please note most sites have a minimum of $5 or $10 for P2P transfers.
- Once you have added the details for your payout accounts, you then simply request the amount you wish to withdraw from your RakebackSTAT account, and select the destination from the dropdown menu, then click Send Request.
8. When you click Send Request, an email will be automatically sent to RakebackSTAT staff, who will process the payment as quickly as possible. For lightning fast payments, we recommend Full Tilt Poker or Moneybookers, where your funds will arrive instantly.
9. If for some reason we have to Decline your request, you will receive an email with reasons and also a personal email from RakebackSTAT staff explaining why your request was Declined.
10. When your Payout Request is approved, you will receive an automated email notifying you that the money is on its way. If your payout does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe (usually with a few hours), please do not hesitate to contact us for an explanation and we will treat the investigation as High Priority.
