RakebackSTAT 2.0 06/11/2009 We've launched the new version of our RakebackSTAT software and website today, featuring a number of improvements.   What will this mean for you, an established RakebackSTAT player? In all honesty, not that much - the core attributes of our industry-beating software program remain. However, for new players or existing players signing up for a new rakeback offer, some substantial improvements have been made to both improve on the Offer Page aesthetics but, more importantly, to make the signup process easier and more intuitive. Firstly, brand new players to RakebackSTAT can now do one click signups for new rakeback offers. Prior to this, players had to open a RakebackSTAT account first before they were able to view important signup information. This improvement will kill-file any possible remaining tilt in the signup process. Secondly, the new Ajax programming (used by Gmail) allows better handling of cookie deletion (important for rakeback signups) by automatically detects what browser you're using and version (Firefox 3.0 for example) and gives you updated step-by-step instructions to delete cookies for that browser - and the Ajax programming handles images and screenshots a lot better. We have purchased and launched a new Live Chat CS program which is quite advanced in terms of capability and will enable a more professional Live Chat service than the old Google ChatBack button of the past. We're still working through the 101 capabilities of this new Live Chat service, and sometimes we might forget to switch it to offline when we duck out (or pass out) - so if you don't receive a response straight away when it's saying we are ONLINE - please cut us some slack in early days. That will mean we've simply forgotten to change status to Offline (Leave a Message). Overall, there are a lot of tiny improvements which will probably be more important to our administrators and CS staff than existing players - but these improvements will result in overall improved CS and system functionality. Some of you will read this and think: "Huh? Nothing so great about that." But, it's hard to improve on a system already functioning at a high level. I guess it was Jessica Alba-style rakeback before, but now she's been styled up, tanned and glowing for a photoshoot - and, she's thinking about YOU! That's right.
